Opening Reception: Signs & Wonders by Kyle Kogut

Signs & Wonders presents a new body of sculptural drawings and floor sculptures by interdisciplinary artist Kyle Kogut. Borrowing its title from the biblical phrase describing miraculous events and divine manifestations, the exhibition considers the human impulse to search for signs and to connect images, histories, places, and objects into systems of belief.

Kogut’s work draws from religion, propaganda, conspiracy culture, horror films, ufology, televangelism, and the American landscape. Throughout the exhibition, several works are physically connected by extension cords that plug into the gallery walls, linking the objects through a shared power system. Like a conspiracy theorist’s evidence board, the connections may reveal something meaningful or simply reveal our own desire to create order from chaos.

Opening reception Friday, October 30, 6 to 9pm, alongside the opening of Weltansicht: 세계관 by Kyoungho Isaac Kim. On view through December 12, 2026, with a closing reception Saturday, December 12, 6 to 8pm.
